The Fresh 20 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 27, 2025
Welcome to The Fresh 20 Affiliate Program! These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines and expectations for participation. By joining the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Additionally, all affiliates are required to agree to and comply with The Fresh 20 Affiliate Agreement, which provides additional legal and operational details. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join.
You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid email and payment method.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Affiliate Account & Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link.
It is your responsibility to use your tracking link correctly; we are not responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect usage.
Cookie tracking lasts 60 days—commissions will not be earned on purchases made after the cookie expires.
Affiliates may not modify tracking links, use hidden redirects, or engage in cookie stuffing.
Commissions & Payments
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all successful purchases and renewals made through their tracking link.
Commissions are not earned on refunds, chargebacks, or personal purchases.
Payments are made monthly via PayPal, with a minimum payout of $50.
If your balance is below $50, it will roll over to the next month.
Unpaid commissions expire if an affiliate remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no new referrals).
Allowed & Prohibited Promotional Methods
Allowed:
Social media promotion, blog posts, and email marketing.
Paid ads are permitted, but The Fresh 20 does not reimburse ad costs.
Prohibited:
Bidding on “The Fresh 20” (or variations) in paid search ads.
Offering unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cash incentives.
Spamming (email spam, social media spam, forced opt-ins).
Misleading claims about The Fresh 20’s products.
Use of Branding & Content
You may use only approved marketing materials provided by The Fresh 20.
You may not modify, misrepresent, or resell The Fresh 20 branding or content.
Copyrighted content cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
FTC Compliance & Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure regulations.
Every promotional post must disclose the affiliate relationship. Example: “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you.”
Failure to disclose properly may result in account suspension or termination.
Termination Policy
The Fresh 20 reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for:
Violating any of these Terms & Conditions or the Affiliate Agreement.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing.
Failing to comply with FTC disclosure requirements.
Termination may be immediate or subject to a warning, depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, affiliates must remove all affiliate links and stop promoting The Fresh 20 immediately.
Limitation Of Liability
The Fresh 20 does not guarantee any specific level of income from the program.
We are not responsible for:
Lost commissions due to tracking errors, technical issues, or customer actions.
Any damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, resulting from participation.
This program does not establish an employment, partnership, or joint venture between The Fresh 20 and affiliates.
Modifications To Terms
The Fresh 20 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
